Online Bill Pay

Water and sewer bills may now be paid online. 

To log in to your account or register, go to https://pay.waterbill.com/login-waterford-wtr

                             For sewer payments go to https://pay.waterbill.com/login-waterford-swr

Customer Portal Advantages:

• Never miss a bill. Sign up for paperless billing or email notifications. View and pay bills through the customer portal. Account information can also be updated through the portal. 
• Never miss a payment. Set up Automatic Payments or make a one-time payment. Customers signed up for autopay will have the TOTAL BALANCE DUE displayed on their portal dashboard withdrawn from their selected payment source on the due date of your bill. 
• Track water consumption overtime. Your online account will give access to your water consumption history overtime. You’ll also be able to access your billing history and invoices through your customer portal. 

Payments are still accepted by mail or in person at our office Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-3:30 pm. 

To Link another account

1. Select the Account Name menu located at the top right of the screen.

2. Select Add another account option.

3. To verify the account, select one of the three options: the PIN received by email notification, last name, or street name on the account. Enter your answer as it appears on your bill. 

4. Once added, both water and sewer accounts can be accessed from the account name menu. 

When a payment source is stored, it may be used for the linked accounts as well.
